While I do not treat severe eating disorders, I support clients struggling with negative body image, emotional eating, or restrictive patterns, helping you foster a more balanced and empowered sense of self despite the pressures of external influences. Therapy for self-esteem and disordered eating helps you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and food, especially in today’s world where social media can make it difficult to maintain positive self-worth.
