Individual Psychotherapy
I provide both short- and long-term individual therapy for adults 18+, tailored to each client’s needs. Short-term treatment is often solution-focused and designed to address specific, acute issues, while long-term therapy allows for deeper exploration of both past and present challenges, uncovering patterns, gaining insight, and creating lasting change.
For either approach, therapy works best when clients are able to reflect on their experiences, engage with insight, and participate actively in the therapeutic relationship. Insight-oriented, psychodynamic approaches focus on exploring the deeper roots of problems rather than relying solely on quick fixes, helping you develop self-awareness, practical tools, and meaningful, lasting growth.
