Alicia Henry
Alicia has worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient mental health clinics and top US hospitals. Alicia's post graduate training is vast with concentration in the areas of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, compulsions, chronic illness, grief and trauma. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Alicia is also a Critical Incident Stress Debriefer, Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Additionally, Alicia's background as a Division I Collegiate Track & Field athlete has made her particularly interested in the relationship between our minds and bodies. Alicia truly enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge and skills she has learned from coaches, trainers and nutrition experts over the past 20+ years to help individuals optimize their health and fitness goals.
